You are not being asked to list as many strengths as possible. Choose three main strengths and give examples of times you have demonstrated them in the past.

It might sound counterintuitive but only focusing on a few strengths allows the interviewer to get a better idea of you as a person. You are also building "your" brand. All brands are clearly recognisable and have a few distinct features.

Before the interview, think about which of your strengths are relevant to the business setting and how you have demonstrated these in the past.

Try to focus on those strengths which are most relevant to the tasks you will take on in the company. If you're applying to be a graphic designer, for example, you might want to stress your creativity. If you're applying to be a press spokesperson, you could talk about your rhetorical skills.
